Morning routine chart
The before-school list you already say out loud every morning, moved onto the fridge. Seven tasks with pictures, a big box to tick for each school day, and a space at the top for the time you have to leave.
Free, one page, no email needed. Prints fine in black and white.
What's on it
- Out of bed, get dressed, eat breakfast, brush teeth, brush hair, pack bag, shoes on
- A tick box for every task, Monday to Friday
- A star to color in for each morning that everything was done on time
- Space for a name and for the time you leave
How to use it
- 1 Write the time you leave in the box at the top and put a clock nearby. The chart says what to do; the clock says by when.
- 2 Stick it at your child's eye level, where the morning actually happens.
- 3 Let them do the ticking. It is slower, and it is the whole point.
- 4 Printing one a week is fine. A plastic sleeve and a whiteboard pen saves the paper.
